Tubing in Long Continuous Electropolished Coils

TrueTube EPS provides chromium enriched electropolished 316L stainless steel tubing in continuous coils. It is available in lengths up to 300 feet / 100 meters in sizes from 1/8" to 1/2" and 6mm to 12mm. TrueTube EPS is also internally bonded with a layer of amorphous silicon applied via CVD technology. The proprietary TrueTube EPS silica coating is denser, thicker and more inert than True Tube FS. This combination provides the ultimate in inert stainless steel tubing with improved corrosion resistance and dry-down capabilities at operating temperatures up to 400ºC. TrueTube EPS can be provided bare or in O’Brien Analytical’s TRACEPAK® and STACKPAK™ heat-traced, insulated tubing bundles.
